National Central University is seeking a full-time Project Assistant for the Bilingual Digital Learning Program.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of the Bilingual Digital Learning Companion Program, budget verification, and writing of project proposals and progress reports. Assist in administrative affairs of the Bilingual Teaching Resource Center and handle project-related matters. Act as a designated representative for office colleagues and perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent English oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in document writing, presentation preparation, computer software, and poster design. Meticulous, responsible, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment. Experience in university administrative work is preferred.
Working Hours:
Two days off per week. Attendance management follows the regulations for the university's contract employees. Overtime and business trips may be required according to the unit's needs and in accordance with the university's policies and relevant laws.
Salary:
Based on the National Central University's salary standard. Labor and health insurance, as well as retirement benefits, will be handled in accordance with relevant laws. Employment period: starting from August 1, 2023.
