Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree.                  
2. Proficiency in writing official documents, creating presentations, computer word processing, and designing posters and promotional materials.                  
3. Proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to think independently, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively in a team.                  
4. Experience in project planning and execution.                  
5. Excellent English communication skills preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Organize center meetings.                          
2. Assist in organizing workshops, lectures, and sharing sessions.                          
3. Assist in arranging EMI teacher and EMI teaching assistant education/training courses.                          
4. Procurement and verification matters.                          
5. Assist in consolidating project plans and reports.                          
6. Administrative tasks related to the appointment and education/training of freshman English exercise course teaching assistants and work-study students.                          
7. Other project-related tasks.

Salary and Benefits:
1. According to the compensation standards of National Central University.                            
2. Labor insurance and retirement benefits will be handled according to relevant laws and regulations.

Working Hours:
1. Two days off per week, attendance management follows the regulations for contract employees of the university.                            
2. Overtime and business trips may be required based on unit needs, and will be handled according to university regulations and relevant laws.

Employment Period: From July 1, 112th year to December 31, 112th year. Outstanding performance may lead to a one-year contract renewal.
